If they picked an incident where the shooter was guilty then a conviction would indicate justice and they might lose their victim status. I did not originate this theory, it was posted here several days ago and I have not been able to relocate it.

George Zimmerman dead would be a cause to the right. Officer Darren Wilson dead would be a cause not only to the right, but especially to every police officer in the nation.
