There really isn’t any ‘enforcement’ necessary. The US attorneys don’t have to do a thing. Sheriffs have budgets that they have to abide by and no extra money to house and feed the illegals they detain waiting for federal officers to pick them up, which won’t happen.
One they have been ‘pardoned’ they are no longer ‘illegal’.....................
Is he in one of those ‘safe’ districts?
If not, That sentence should be played over and over again all over the airwaves by his opponent this fall....................if there is one.................
I have never seen video of him making that statement, I’ve only seen it in print. It can’t be played over the air, so it isn’t going to get the play, over the air or anywhere. It does well reflect the attitude of the entire left, though.
A common ploy of political campaigns, left and right, is to have a voice over actor read the statement while putting on the screen newspaper accounts of the actual statement................
If they stay in the country they are still breaking the law, the law didn’t change with their pardon.
You cannot be pardoned for future crimes just past.
As soon as they are pardoned if they are still in the country they just broke the law again.
Now that’s not to say he won’t play on the ignorance of the illegals and try it, but the illegals would still be in the country illegally.
It will take courage for governors of states to enforce but it should be feasible. A federal injunction order against Obama’s EOs would ensure no one can act on his EOs without risking legal liability including contempt.
A federal injunctive order can be transferred to state courts allowing sheriffs to arrest and detain federal officers who violate the federal and state orders. Although it puts federal officers in a bind and compromises federal operations, it’s worth the gamble to see that federal officers obey the law rather than illegal executive authority.
It is a form of justifiable mutiny but it would be backed by federal and state courts along with state governors and legislatures.
State mutiny against Obama could work and may be the only solution after impeachment which won’t happen even if the GOP establishment takes control of the US Senate this Fall.
Getting a majority of state governors to agree on anything would be difficult......................
Seconds after this dictatorial move happens, the Joint Chiefs of Staff should roll out all necessary military hardware and take the White House by military force.
I actually expect this.
Right! Because Obama follows rules like these! Why, it would never cross his mind to order all the states to release prisoners, despite the fact he has no power to do so! No, Obama has for the longest time shown that he is a stickler for following every single rule.

Why should they stick their neck out only to get it chopped off. The men in this country will not stand up no matter what this Administration does. You want one or two politicians to be the Tiananmen Square guy? Knowing that NOBODY has your back PHYSICALLY. That includes everyone, mil, LE, private citizens - everyone. Nobody is going to back you up if you stand up and FIGHT these guys.
I put FIGHT in caps because of course soapbox speeches, verbal/written anger, chest thumping are allowed because they are harmless and just acts of frustration and this Admin knows it. But let someone or group decide to roll up the sleeves....oh boy.
The only recent incident that gave me any hope was men and women - private citizens - standing up to Big Gov at the Bundy Ranch. And then I proceeded to read countless posts from supposed gun loving conservatives (not here at FR but other sites) bitch and moan how taking the side of a tax scofflaw was the wrong decision and that it hurts “our side”. Great, lets wait for the perfect man to stand up for, Jesus, because everyone else is flawed and would hurt “our cause”.
Whatever that crap means.
Don’t need a majority of state governors. Need only one governor to file for a federal injunctive order.
Federal courts have previously issued preliminary injunction orders against this White House by ordering that funding be stopped for contested activities:

But since such orders have been issued, the Obama-Holder axis have ignored Congress and the courts. So what body then shall carry out and enforce federal court orders?
Governor Perry could file or al least call for Texas state courts to issue a similar injunction based on a federal one. Then state sheriffs or rangers could be deployed to arrest or indict any federal officers that carry out Obama’s EOs that violate the unjunction orders.
Texas rangers and/or sheriffs or sheriffs from other states following suit, could also round up and detain illegal aliens. State governors could then sue the federal government for the costs of the detainment and deportation processing.

Mexico and Central America have huge fecund, illiterate underclass that they refuse to support w/ safety nets, even though Mexico has billions in oil riches....and the US has sent hundreds of millions of dollars in foreign aid to these corrupt hellholes.
Why are so many US politicians willing to let them use America as a dumping ground? Vote-crazed US pols need votes. They are colluding w/ agents of foreign governments to import huge surplus populations, promising endless freebies....in exchange for votes.
