There is an HTML guide here on FR. But that takes a while to digest.
First, remember that if you use HTML in your post, then you must be consistent. I.E. If you post a picture, then you must also include commands for paragraph breaks (if you put any other text with the picture)
All HTML commands are surrounded (identified) by the LEFT CARET or LEFT ARROW key (above the comma on keypad) AND the RIGHT CARET or RIGHT ARROW key (above the period).
To include a picture requires the IMG command.
IMG SRC='...url...' SRC stands for SOURCE.
...url.. is the location of the picture.
Find the picture you want. Then copy and paste that URL (what you listed in your post as the Wikipedia image, for instance) into your IMG command where the ...url... is in my example.
The single tick marks must be there. OR, you can use double tick marks (commonly called the quote mark). Doesn't matter which, just be consistent.
SO...
LEFT-CARET followed by
IMG SRC='http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Secrets_of_Isis'
Followed by RIGHT-CARET
Don't forget, paragraph breaks are LEFT-CARET then P then RIGHT-CARET.
