There are professionals whose job is to get humans across the border. They know their trade. They'll get a bundle of humans, and then sort them. When nearing the area with border patrols, they'll put the kiddies into a group, and have them walk up to the patrols. Then, the Isis-types go into a different group, and they walk over...
