Somebody on this forum said that was an X-ray of AN eye, and not Wilson’s eye. Said poster cautioned against using that pic. Believe me, I WANT that to be Wilson’s head, because then it’s an open and shut case, but again, there seems to be a LOT of things out there that are unconfirmed.

It’s the liberals using a distraction tactic of the can’t see the forest for the trees variety. They’ll cast doubt that he had an orbital fracture while overlooking the fact that Brown punched him in the face and went for his gun. They try to draw you away from the more important issues by using sleight of hand.
The pic I saw of the xray was a file photo which I assumed was not his. However, iirc, the sheriff said he had been attacked and specifically had a “swollen face.”
