Even Lefties can defend Israel. I’ve often made the case that Israel is a Lefty paradise. Pro-Gay, Socialist, and despite what her enemies say, is very inclusive.
I don't think so. The left has been heavily influenced by the anti Israel crowd, the Muslim Jew haters, and the hard line communists. I do not ever remember the current level of open hatred for Israel in my life. Ever.
