With less than a week until primary election day, the three Republicans in the First Congressional District race are in a dead heat, a new poll shows.
The Remington Research Group poll of 420 likely Republican voters has Andy Tobin with 30 percent of the votes, Adam Kwasman with 29 percent, and Gary Kiehne with 21 percent.
The remaining 20 percent of voters said they still are undecided.

Andy McTobin is backed by Kyl, McCain, Flake, Romney and Rove. This Tobin character who looks like Karl Rove's twin brother said the Tea Party was dead the eve of Eric Cantor's defeat.
A third Cliven Bundy type candidate, who supports open borders, named Gary Kiehne is also running.
Ping
I voted early 4 AK.
No runoffs in Arizona.
Cliven Bundy didn’t support OPEN BORDERS!!! What kind of CRAp is that??
So, if candidate A has 35% of the vote and candidate B has 35.0000001% of the vote, candidate B wins the election?
I seriously doubt he is talking about lawful immigrants.
He’s wrong as well. There are more % of hispanic single mothers than whites from single mother homes.

“Now let me talk about the Spanish people. You know, I understand that they come over here against our Constitution and cross our borders. But they’re here and they’re people. I worked side-by-side with a lot of them. Don’t tell me they don’t work, and don’t tell me they don’t pay taxes. Don’t tell me they don’t have better family structures than most of us white people.”
Id be interested to see how the important primary in Wisconsin would have went with 1 on 1.
Also Gary Kiehne has more money than other candidates and is pounding Andy McTobin on his big spending.
Grothman the best candidate won with 36 or 37%. Priebus, Scott Walker, Paul Ryan and Sean Duffy are weak on immigration. Sensenbrenner might sell out on that issue one day.

HEAVENS, am I out of the loop or what?
The only one I know of is Paul Ryan.
Yup. Just needs 1 more vote that their opponent. This kind of primary election where someone ends up with a plurality win must end. If they don’t have over 50%, they’re not the choice of a majority of primary voters. That simply is unrepresentative democracy.
It only encourages straw candidates, which is standard practice here in MA.
You nailed it: unrepresentative democracy.
Duffy wanted to give all illegals legal status at some point. He may have even said to do it at the same time.
I think some of these house races are important in the midwest.
Draw an arc from Steve King’s district. There are few conservatives. There is Bachmann who is retiring. Lindsey Graham protege’s Aaron Schock and Kinzinger are big amnesty supporters in IL. Even Latham in Iowa’s 3rd is more conservative than many of them. Colin Peterson(D-MN) is more conservative on some issues than Kinzinger. The Senate and Gub candidate in IL are big RINOs on all issues. Susan Brooks(R-IN) is terrible. Ann Wagner wont say whether illegals should be dumped in her district. The MO delegation all endorsed against the great MO Chairman candidate Ed Martin. Fred Upton is terrible(R-MI)
If you go as far as North Dakota you got a “Tea Party” candidate in a safe district acting like a wimp. So now an alternative is needed to get rid of Hoeven in ND. He is actually being much better on immigration lately. Jerry Moran, Mitch and Hoeven are asking for a vote on DACA. Maybe his buddy Mike Rounds (RINOMikeSD) getting 55% with 8 million spooked him. Maybe Bob Corker’s failed attempt to be the anti-Cruz is another thing he noticed.

“Cramer also argues that conservatives must work to be a more upbeat and compassionate party, especially on social issues and immigration.”
Pretty much search for Laura Ingraham and the name of a Congressman and most the time the Congressman will sound like he is pro amnesty. Unless it is one of Steve King’s gang.
Ingraham did a good job in protecting Walter Jones from Adelson’s candidate in NC. Most under rated primary victory of the year.
Thanks, ObamahatesPACoal.
Fingers crossed that Kwasman takes it.

Like this guy: Scott D. Lively, a Christian pastor best known for his anti-gay activity, has submitted the necessary signatures and paperwork to qualify as an independent candidate for governor. He will appear on the November ballot, according to Brian S. McNiff, a spokesman for the Massachusetts secretary of state.
That will help the Republican get elected. Luckly, there are two left of center non party guys who should help split the left side.
Makes more sense than A winning.
So it's up to the 15% of American voters.
Only HALF the people who COULD vote even bother to register to vote.
Of those who register, less than half bother to vote.
The number jockeys figured that about 15% of the voters elect everyone.
Sad state of American "democracy."
I always vote absentee so the ballot comes to me WEEKS before the election -- to my mailbox. I can sit down at home, read the stuff and vote by mail.
