You know I’m getting a little tired of people saying they weren’t there so they don’t know what happened.
Yes they weren’t there, but so what?
1.We have a great deal of evidence that shows the cop was beaten severely (see article)
2. We have evidence that Brown tried to take the cops weapon (the bullet in the upholstery of the car)
3. there are apparently several credible witnesses who corroborate the account given by a friend of the cop.
4. and we have the autopsy which shows brown was facing the cop when he was shot and credible witness that say Brown ran at the cop.
5. In addition the cop has no record of misconduct while brown was a felonious criminal juist moments before he was shot.
Granted something in the investigation may show differently, but until then I’d say it looks like a legitimate self defense shooting.
Where did you hear there was a bullet in the upholstery? I have followed most details of this and haven’t heard that.
