This don’t paint Putin as a New Hitler—ready to invade anyone. If it was so—Russians would be in Keiv now—It was all propaganda from Ukraine. Putin didn’t play his hand well at all. More Mussolini than Hitler-—But a bit more like a Democrat than a dictator.
