He can campaign on this for 2 years. I agree. Once this mess is deep in the rear-view mirror, part of his message could be legal reforms, to lessen the possibility of political hackery at the prosecution level.

My other fear is that Mitt will get in the 2016 race. If so I think Rick Perry and Ted Cruz are the only other people who could take votes from Mitt. We need to keep that in mind.
