We agree—T’anks. As an aside in his systemic theology Professor Charles Hodge published that the claim that the United States is a Christian Nation was a statement of fact— and by way of justification cited evidence much like you have.
This was in 1871—then in 1892 the Unanimous US supreme Court decided the church of the Holy Trinity v. the United States, 143 US 457—(Feb.29,1892 decided ) followed by a commentary on that Legal decision by the author of it in 1905 -Justice David Brewer published The United States: a Christian Nation.
You probably know all this already but I add it here in case there are some who would believe Obama .I believe a nation established a Christian Nation has been judged by that standard. And will be judged by that standard. The enemy ,no flesh and blood enemy , I suspect is well aware his time is short and is doing whatever he can to harm those who believe and call Jesus Christ their Lord and Savior.
