ask the dude what a police officer should do if a 300lb street thug on drugs charges at them? just what are they supposed to do?

The liberal will say - you are just making that up - how do you know Brown charged at him? I would say the proof of that is represented by the six bullet holes. Policemen don’t just waste people. It would be extremely rare that an officer puts 6 bullets into someone for absolutely no reason. In this case we have a video of Brown just a few minutes before the incident so we have proof he is a aggressive criminal and a bullying thug. In six years we have zero proof of this officer being an assassin.

If we don’t have video of the actual shooting then I don’t see the officer doing time as long as he can make a case of self-defense. There is reasonable doubt. However the wild card is he would need a REASONABLE JURY to get off. Given the location I think that is the problem. Welcome to mob rule. He likely does time because the street has made up their minds.

The autopsy not so good for officer. No powder residue, no stippling on Brown’s hands from the car struggle.

The 2 bullets to the head..one hits eye socket goes under chin to collar bone...other on top of skull both downward shots.. subject is kneeling, going down, unless officer is 7 feet compared to Brown, 6’ 4”. Others on arm, well an arm moves running so different angles possibly.

So unknown whether charged or fled, turned, etc. Need more witnesses, footage.

Where are the cop car’s police videos? If none available probably liable in civil court for that alone one would think.
