The guy that accompanied Brown was an accessory to the strong armed robbery.
That same guy was knowingly recieving stolen property
That same guy was a witness/ participant in the assault on the police officer trying to get out of his vehicle.
That same guy was a witness to the homocide and gave a statement setting this media mis-information spin in motion, alledging that Brown was shot in the back.
This same guy's statement is in question as the autopsy didn't suport his statement to police or the Feds about Brown 'raised hands'.
Unknown whether this same guy can be charged with accessory to murder under Mis. penal law .
How is this same guy not in jail ?

Because the Ferguson Police Chief said that, after viewing the robbery video for six days, his crack team concluded that the guy was not guilty of any crime (!).

If he participated in the robbery, he could be charged with felony murder for the death of Michael Brown.
