The purpose of the FEDS doing a third autopsy is to get the body and keep it from the experts who COULD conduct a toxicology test.
The FEDS will claim they did one, and it showed nothing, even though they will only be keeping the body on ice and not conducting any tests whatsoever. When the Funeral is scheduled, they will return it.
Maybe the “Gentle Giant” will be placed in the ROTUNDA!!
Why do people keep bringing up the tox report? I’m sure samples have already been submitted but they take weeks to or longer to get done. This isn’t CSI or NCIS. The lab people wont have them back within the hour like in those shows.
