A few days ago,Highway Patrol is in charge now but at this point many other districts there.

thanks Fatima - I read quite a bit at the beginning but it is just boring at this point and obviously I’m not up on the situation anymore - sad that folks steal from hardworking people and use a death or some other event as their reasoning.
