The black teenager had no adult criminal record, according to the St. Louis County prosecutor.

He was 18, how long had he been an adult? Did he have a juvenile criminal record?

Yes. It’s under seal but I’ve seen his juvenile record posted here. Not 100% it was legit.

One report said that he had just turned 18 & that his Juvenile Record had been SEALED.

Why would they mention such in those phrases unless he HAD a Juvie record???

I think he was VERY well known to the Ferguson police officers.
