Did actions of the officers contribute to his death? No doubt.
Did Garner's actions contribute to his death? Yes.
Did Garner unlawfully resist arrest? Obviously.
Were the actions of the police lawful and according to procedure? That remains to be seen. The ME reports that Garner died from compression of the neck and chest, prone positioning while down, acute bronchial asthma, obesity and hypertension so to say that he was "murdered" by the police with an illegal chokehold is disingenuous at best.
Calling a Chevy Cavalier a Gulfstream is fine if it makes you feel better but it ain't gonna fly.
Not that disingenuous when some officials have outright stated the officer used an illegal chokehold...
