I got a question did the cops interview this witness YET if not why not or so.My guess is the video surfaced well after the initial interview stage. As to why they did not interview him even absent having the video, can they practically interview everyone standing around the scene?

What do you think the chances are finding this guy and getting him to testify — ‘bout zero — it was an overheard conversation — so I guess just someone standing around. DOJ probably has found him and told him to shut up.
