does anyone else ever get the impression we are living in the Twilight Zone?

It seems Iran sactions have been officially lifted with some bizarre explanation.

The Treasury was quick to explain that this was supposedly a jount effort of nations that include Russia and China, but coordinated by the UN.

Old news.
Besides, Iran just announced that they didn’t think an agreement could be made by Nov. SO, it’s all meaningless

I was looking at this Muckety relationship page for Royal Shell Dutch relationships.

http://www.muckety.com/Royal-Dutch-Shell-plc/5003848.muckety

They have a direct relationship with the "Iranian Energy Sector".

If you click on "Iranian Energy Sector" from the muckety site, there is a long list of companies doing business with Iran, all coincidentally since 2010. All after Obama was elected.

I've said for years, Obama was bought and paid for just like Chavez. The biggest problem is that our National Mainstream Media is OWNED by the Wall Street sociopaths, installing their Manchurian candidates, and lining their pockets. Obama has made the farce very clear. we are NOT free. If they can install an empty suit, more mysterious than Cosa Nostra, they can install anybody.

Wether Iran was willing to agree or not, The “Joint Plan” was “implemented”. It is another instance of our POTUS aiding and abetting those that want to destroy us.

No Restrictions on Trade Ties with Iraq: Iran’s VP
August 05, 2014
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Tehran sees no restriction on trade exchange with the western neighboring country, Iraq, Iranian vice president emphasized Tuesday.
Print

“The Islamic Republic of Iran maintains very good relations with Iraq and we announced during Iraqi premier’s trip to Iran that there were no restrictions on the volume of trade between Iran and Iraq,” Eshaq Jahangiri told the Tasnim News Agency in the Iranian western city of Kermanshah, referring to Iranian companies’ activities in Iraq and the volume of their exports as proofs for his claim.

Jahangiri described the border market and the customs in Kermanshah as one of the most important centers for developing Iran’s non-oil exports.
The Iranian official had earlier said the two neighboring countries should draw up a plan to raise the volume of their annual trade exchanges to $20bln.

The volume of trade exchange between Iraq and Iran reached about $12 billion in 2013, making the Arab country one of Iran’s top five trading partners.

In Iran’s non-oil trade, Iraq is the most significant export market. These exports include light industrial products, foodstuffs, consumer goods, construction materials and electricity.

The problems we have aren’t caused by Obama himself, it really does go back to Crony Capitalists, and communist sympathizers, who own the Petroleum, Banking, and Pharmaceutical industries around the world.

Moscow’s Favorite Capitalists are Running the Show

Red Carpet

AN interesting scene or two in the 65-year history of relations between the United States and the Soviet Union has been played by an extraordinarily affluent group of Americans, namely Armand Hammer, Averell Harriman, Cyrus Eaton, David Rockefeller and Donald Kendall. (Mr. Kendall, the youngest and the only one who could conceivably require identification, is the man who brought Pepsi-Cola to the Russians in exchange for a variety of more stimulating intoxicants for the American market.) These men have had much closer relationships with the Soviet leadership than run-of-the-mill diplomats, foreign policy specialists or politicians. ‘’Red Carpet’’ by Joseph Finder takes up the history of their Russian relationships.

A large part of the book is concerned with the exceptionally durable Armand Hammer, whose association goes back to Lenin and, through his father, Julius Hammer, an ardent Soviet sympathizer and supporter, to the Revolution itself. But the central point of the story is that all of these men through their wealth -their unequivocal identification with capitalism -won an attention and respect in the U.S.S.R. that was not accorded to others, including anti capitalist friends.

They were the American ruling class as the Russians would have it. All (including Mr. Harriman in the 1920’s) did business with or for the Soviet Union, although none, with the probable exception of Mr. Hammer, seem to have made much money out of it. But then, money was not the motive, a matter to which I shall return.

Put it this way: the Iranian ISLAMIC regime will keep on going. The US never had a feasible or cohesive policy since Carter & his European allies brought down the Shah, except to keep the Islamic Iranian regime in business & in power.

Yup, Baroness Ashton has never faced an electorate, but she has had quite a political career. The UK version of Valerie Jarett maybe.
