You are just repeating yet another Kiev conspiracy theory.
You are only seeing a FEW lightly loaded pics, not the vast majority, as Western Journos WITH the convoy have noted.

As the US Army Convoy Manual I posted last night states, you have to plan for a certain number of vehicles falling out, for various reasons.

You will recall that 283 trucks left Moscow, but only 270-some arrived.

Things break. Have you ever seen a broken down truck along the highway?
