Well... even if Mr. Brown had not gotten shot by police, he wasn't going to attend Vatterot College from a jail cell. And that is exactly where he was headed when he left QT.
Apparently he changed his mind on attending college.

Never heard of Vatterot but Googled it. None in New England.

You never know. You'd be surprised at how many four year schools offer degree programs to inmates, including lifers.
Vatterot claims to be on-line as well. Might put a kink fulfilling the hands-on intern/externship many of the AOS degrees require, though.
