If Ricky wants to accomplish something before he leaves office, it’s to end the reign of terror by corrupt Travis County D.A.’s going back 3 decades. Ex-D.A. Ronnie Earle, this drunken bitch and all their fascist flunkies should spend the rest of their natural lives behind bars.

And what happened to DeLay?

Well, he was finally exonerated, but not before every Democrat involved with the witch hunt climbed the ladder. The DA at that time (total POS, I've met him) climbed to god-like heights in the local party. Even his daughter that he has no relationship with whatsoever because he is a POS became an elected JUDGE in Austin because she carried his name. Earle.

They know they won't win against Perry. It's all about the damage they can do to his political career. They're terrified he will become president and undo/repair the damage that has been done. Like Rush says, "the Democrats always let you know who they fear."

RE:”You know I have a low opinion of La Raza Rick... But this indictment is complete bullcrap. Another Austin Anarchist-Democrat fishing expedition by out of control prosecutors.”

I saw every MSNBC show today talking about this crap Indictment for his veto of a bill

I like Perry, not as a POTUS candidate as he cant control his words, but I think he is one of the best governors we have.

I don’t rank him amongst our best Governors, and have been a critic for a long time (and that he should’ve exited office in 2007). He’s been one of the biggest proponents of open borders since Jump Street. His infamous Trans-Texas Corridor monster would’ve served to increase the current crisis we are in. His berating of those opposed to his nefarious deeds on this showed exactly what side of the fence he’s on.

But this indictment isn’t about Perry, it’s about the perpetually out-of-control Travis D.A.’s office, which has routinely used its position to bring down innocent individuals who are nothing more than their ideological opponents that they can’t defeat at the ballot box, and cost the taxpayers untold amounts of money. Their power needs to be drastically curtailed and their days of threatening and indicting state and federal elected officials for doing their jobs ended.

Besides him taunting liberals states on sending their businesses to Texas I thought that this below was pretty good considering all the Hispanics in Texas . Not many others would do this.

Gov. Rick Perry sending National Guard troops to Texas border( Lawmaker: Gov. Perry plans to deploy up to 1,000 National Guard troops to Texas-Mexico border)

I enjoy his antics,

It’s all show, no substance (or as they say down South, “All hat and no cattle.”). Perry was a Carter-Gore Democrat for most of his life, switched parties only because his hopes of continuing as a Democrat in TX were finished (and was recruited by Karl Rove, which tells you all you need to know). I’ve seen tons of slick phonies like him in political office my entire life.

Thanks, but I was well-aware of La Raza Rick’s sending troops to the border to “observe”. Is supposed to be a good thing? It’s costing taxpayers $12 million a month and is accomplishing nothing, save for causing a few people to forget his pro-ILLEGAL alien past. This heartless American hasn’t forgotten.

He has accomplished plenty. Taxpayer-funded instate tuition and financial aid for ILLEGAL aliens, etc.

If he wanted to accomplish something GOOD he could end the reign of terror by corrupt Travis County D.A.

I'm not holding my breath, though. With his eyes set on the WH, fixing what's wrong in his own state isn't on his list of priorities.

As I pointed out in my first comment I don't want him to run for POTUS and wouldn't expect any good if he did, but he's got a hell of a-lot of Hispanics in Texas and yet he turned down FREE medicare expansion there.

In some some fantasy worlds here that is nothing but on the planet earth that is real $$$ for his state he is turning down.

I saw this on a webpage "Perry is the longest serving governor in Texas state history", lets see if Cruz run as Senator in 2018 and wins re-election. That would be a fair measuring point.

I like Cruz. I’m not sure about 2016 but I think he could be president one day. I think he’s up to it and I think he could do the job well. Perry, not so much. One thing is certain, we can’t let the leftist media choose our nominee for us again.

The same charge laid against Perry can be leveled against Obambi.

How so? What about separation of powers?

Apart from the rules regarding impeachment, which appear similar at both the Texas and Federal level, there appears to be a big difference regarding the Texas crime known as abuse of power. Why is there no federal equivalent?

I cant disagree with the first part but on the second part in my state Dole, McCain and Romney already had it by the time my GOP primary came up in Maryland, and Rs here voted for them too, so I had zero say.

The domestic communists in Texas do not fear Perry

Therefore he has failed to perform job #1

Decimate the American marxist movement, one state at a time.

There is no reason that ANY marxist should be in a position of power ANYWHERE in TEXAS.

Especially after the Delay debacle, this indictment is evidence of INCOMPETENCE by the Texas GOP.

Perry needs to strike back decisively, unleash hell, and eliminate the threat ASAP.

Playing this out through the legal process is a non-starter.

Smash the degenerate communist sons of bitches with extreme prejudice and ensure that they never have the capability to repeat this heinous activity again.

COUNTERSTRIKE!

Agreed. Interesting how many are saying he needs to deal with this now when he has been governor of his state for 14 years.

Hey bro, not good
That's even worse than here in some ways.
We got lots $$$ because of DC/taxpayers even though O Malley raised about a dozen of our taxes.(Homelessness seems on the increase though)

Jerry Brown and Dems are chasing businesses out and luring illegals in.

My cousin and her husband fled from there about 5 years ago.

What about the state bar’s ethics committee? This is totally beyond ethical. She should be disbarred, removed from office, and not permitted to prosecute a single person.
