There is surveillance video from a year or so ago of that perp and brown stealing a hammer from Home Depot, that was later used to rob and beat a hotdog vendor.

I don’t know if they killed him or not?

FERGUSON • Three more men were charged Friday in the hammer attack of a hot dog vendor at a Home Depot in August.

One of the three men is also a suspect in a Sept. 7 fatal shooting in St. Louis. Another was shot by St. Ann police in January 2011 after a chase.

Charged Friday were Darnell Hollings, 21, of the 2200 block of Sullivan Avenue in St. Louis; Anthony K. Norman, 20, of the 10600 block of Vorhof Drive in unincorporated St. Louis County; and Demon Ward, 21, of the 4500 block of Beacon Avenue in St. Louis. Each is charged with first- and second-degree assault and armed criminal action.

A fourth man, Charles D. Thomas, 23, of the 7000 block of Emma Avenue in Jennings, was charged Oct. 4 in the hammer attack. Bail for each was set at $200,000 cash.
