Sure, let’s implement a policy of having police depts “reflect the community”, but only if the same program is implemented in majority-white communities also.
I did my homework, according to Citydata.com, the population of Ferguson is 21,000 and its 67% black!
Yet...they have a white police chief and white cop involved in the shooting.
That’s the problem! There’s no reason for that town to have a white police chief or any white cops. But we see this play out all over the US; its stupid! What self respecting white cop would want to take a job in a place like that?
I blame the white police chief for not having found a job in a more appropriate location and I really blame the white cop; he shouldn’t have ever been there. This insanity needs to end.
Nah... Why bother?
Just re-write the laws so that a majority must follow ONE set of rules and groups who are ‘favored in the law’ can follow some OTHER set of rules. :)
