This is my point. Sometimes the bad guys have full auto. We saw it in California during and after a bank robbery. Doesn’t happen often but regrettably it does happen. To go home at night or the next morning I fully believe in Be Prepared.
Cops don’t need full-auto weapons under ANY circumstances.
If bad guys have full-auto, the cops need good scoped bolt-action rifles chambered in .308 Winchester or .30-’06.
Very little body armor will stop those, and I don’t think there’s a face-mask in the world that’ll stop them.
If that's the one I am thinking of, the police did better after they obtained some rifles--of the same sort there was a waiting period to obtain if you were an ordinary citizen (AR-15s).
