Not necessarily.It's well known that blacks only turn out in Presidential years.What better way to get them to turn out in an "off" year?

Who knows, but I am certain that this is picking up steam quickly and I believe that everyone is making up for losing out on a chance to rant and rave during the Trayvon situation.
