Here is a possible scenario I have been able to glean: the police man drove by MB and his companion walking on the street and asked them to walk on the sidewalk instead of the middle of the street. Saint Michale takes offense and launches himself through the open squad window and grapples for the officer's gun, causing it to discharge. At this point the officer believes Saint Michael is armed because a shot has been fired. Saint Michael starts to run and the officer shoots him in fear for his life, thinking that Saint Michael is armed.

My scenario has just at much evidence to back it up as yours.

“... or going into the bad parts of town or elements late at night...”

I have no idea whether this shooting was justified, but it happened at 1:40pm on a Saturday afternoon. In a relatively low-crime area. Not late at night in a bad part of town.

Can you please post any evidence to prove this is the record
of Michael Brown and not your own criminal record?

See post 9 and please stop repeating this falsehood.....brown had no record.

Quoting Post #9: "St. Louis County Prosecutor’s office confirmed that Brown had no prior misdemeanors or felonies against him."

I'm not a lawyer but it seems to me that a prosecutor would probably be talking in terms of *convictions* when making such a statement. Also,if the info about a robbery last November is accurate the case might have been handled in juvenile court,as previously suggested. It's my understanding that the records of juvenile cases are often "sealed".When that's the case a country prosecutor is probably required by law to act as if it never happened when making statements to the press.

I have no personal knowledge of the dead guy's history. But if,by chance,he had something less than a clean past...a possibility despite that prosecutor's public statement...then that can reasonably be taken into account when deciding if the cop's actions could have been justified.

Remember the angelic photos of Saint Trayvon published 10,000 times? Remember his tweets, the women's jewelry, the drug suspension, the drugs found in his system by the medical examiner? If *this* guy has a dirty past the lamestream media *and* Reverend Al will do everything they can to conceal that.I can only assume that you're aware of that.

He was walking in the middle of the street leading to his residence.

If police have time to hassle someone about that then they have too much time on their hands and not enough to do.

The fact that Eric "my people" Holder is on the scene and the cop has yet to be arrested for anything speaks volumes.

If there were anything to charge the cop with, Eric would have had it done already. A federal civil rights violation would work.

“Right now, it looks to me like the cop is going to prison”

Not at all. A simple claim of, “I thought he was reaching into his waistband for a gun” will suffice to get him off all charges. Cops are RARELY ever prosecuted for murder, manslaughter, or any other crime. They simply get “Administrative Leave” or terminated to go work for another department.

As a fellow Pittsburgher, I must say - I was there! (I wasn’t born until 10 years after that day, but I was still there!) :)

That could just mean he hadn’t been caught doing anything illegal at that point.

Well shoot, son, statistically speaking, you break five or six laws a day, just by going through you're daily life, without even knowing it.

Does that mean someone ought to sic the police on you and shoot you?

It sounds like I don’t have to explain it to you. You know what’s up. You can only be 1 minute from home in those neighborhoods and be hanging around with the wrong element. I don’t go into them without packing heat and never after dark. And I only go whenever I have to and that’s usually only when I have to interview and take statements. I’ve been in neighborhoods where most white men would never tread and I’ve seen them in Section 8 housing, unemployed and sitting on the porches smoking marijuana and crack out in the open giving you that “I know you’re tha Man” look. I’ve learned to have a deadpan unemotional look and show no fear because that’s what will get you killed. It really is like being in the jungle in those neighborhoods. There is a rule and if you’re white and don’t follow it, it can be fatal. Don’t go there at night because that’s when the bad people are out and about and they will kill you if they think you’re “tha Man” and interfering with their illicit activities.

Brown had to have reached through the window, attacking the officer.

When something like this happens, it always takes a few days for the facts to solidify. In the initial reports, I'd read he reached through the window and either hit the officer or was grabbing for his gun.

It would certainly explain the 'tussling through the window', as this lady witnessed.

an account by his companion said that the cop spoke or yelled at the kids for walking in the street,

then cop came up alongside and tried to open the car door forcefully into the victims to make them stop

the car door was pushed back or recoiled back from the victim’s body, further angering the cop

After the car door was slammed back, did the cop try to grab the kid through his car window to stop him from running away?

Companion said kid was tangled with cop inside his car window and kid kept saying “I don’t have a gun”

when he got loose of the car window and started running the cop shot him in the back, then followed and kept shooting him

This Country is going down the tubes with the blessing of this Administration. Once again Barry had the opportunity to take the high road, ask the community to behave themselves while the Legal system did it’s thing. He didn’t of course. Likes the racial/warfare strife. Most people are law abiding and act civil in a civil society, but if lawlessness prevails, we are doomed. It’s a new segregation. No one can: teach, law enforcement, work any job if they don’t look like “the community”. Pitiful. My grandparents didn’t work in the 40’s, 50’s, and 60’s for Civil Rights and have it end up like this race baiting garbage of Sharpton and Jesse and Barry.

Here it is:

FERGUSON Mo. (Reuters) – Ferguson, Missouri, Police Chief Thomas Jackson said on Wednesday the officer involved in the shooting of a black, unarmed teenager last weekend had been injured during the incident and was treated in the hospital for swelling on the side of his face.

What do you bet that it’s swelling to the left side of his face —

That's only a partial account of my criminal history. What's missing is the fact that long ago I shot a man in Reno...just to watch him die.

I saw a story just this AM (unverified) that the sheriff released some info. If this is correct, the dead punk was in the process of assaulting the officer and attempted to disarm him. Apparently the officer has significant and noticeable injuries to his face.
