The question isn’t whether it is right or wrong, but whether it is legal. I for one don’t want to live in a country where you can be told by the government (excludes HOAs, employers, etc.) what you can and can’t think, can and can’t say, can and can’t fly on your flagpole. The line of First Amendment cases out of the Warren and Burger courts is absolutely solid and necessary in a free and democratic state.
