“When I asked about a changing table in the restroom, the girl working there was very rude about it,” reads a portion of Sowers’ customer-service report.

So what did the female employee say specifically? Was it bad enough to expose the entire dining room to fecal matter?

If they don't have a changing table in the restroom, would there be any reason this woman couldn't have taken a chair in there? Or laid a changing pad on the floor outside the dining area?
