On Reno local news this AM, it was reported that THOUSANDS who signed up for Obamacare are being investigated because the information they gave doesn’t match information on file. Citizenship particularly is being reviewed.
Wonder how much work will really be put into this investigation??
Next logical step is that people who have let their premiums lapse but who THINK they are enrolled in Obamacare will be turned away when seeking treatment. Media will fill with sob stories and then “the Secretary Shall” direct the insurers to pay those bills whether premiums have been paid or not.

Yeah, they did hire those add'l IRS workers and also a 20% surcharge on the top 50% wage earners will clean the problem up nicely. The 80% marginal tax rate on unearned income is just icing on the cake.
Isn't it pretty much always the case that uninsured people who can't pay cash are turned away at private practices? However, the three-month grace period for 0'care lapses complicates this.
EMTALA at hospitals is a completely different matter.
It is a sincere effort with results already. Don't be excessively cynical.
So what you are saying is that all of the leaches who did not sign up get ignored by the IRS and the workers are the ones focused on? Now that won't do.
