He heard and saw everything up close and personal that others also saw from a distance.
I don’t believe anyone at this point and am taking a wait and see attitude. I will say this: the cops should be videoing all such encounters and there failure to do so makes the vulnerable to creative witnessing. This is 2014. There’s no excuse for anything less than 100% video of all stops.
So “Uncle Chip”, does your “credible witness” explain how the officer’s injuries occurred?
