I have trouble believe that. My gut says the man was being rude, cop telling him where to get off, and man did something, and then the cop did something and here we are. I want to know what those somethings were. Sometimes witnesses are notorious for seeing an incident several different ways. Ballistics results should help.

And you know this how? You don't know. Yet you say it anyway, like you know something. There is a point where one's credibility gets lost forever. If you look in the rear view mirror, you will see that point.
