That’s what I’m seeing as well — this is being over-exaggerated.
Getting Mad....ok. Demanding Answers....ok. Acting like animals....unacceptable. This is way beyond being mad or peaceful protest. Your comments don’t make any sense.
I understand that police want to regain control, but THIS is not the way you do it!

This whole thing is being over-exaggerated.
Rather than fuming up the neighborhood with gas cannisters they should walk over and arrest about a half dozen people and it would be all over.
But instead they just want to put on a show for all of us and use their new toys.

As you previously stated, Uncle Chip, but I am still not “taking sides” until all the facts are public.
Your posts are one-sided, and they ignore the threat to local businesses, justify rioting and mayhem, and unfairly blame police who are caught in a “hot mess”.
So, I see reactions like yours as part of the polarization problem, and not helpful in finding the truth of the incident by justifying the consequent mayhem.
So, let’s agree to disagree, and not squabble the cause of this potential powder keg.
