Wow......... didn’t know that about Alberta Darling and her backing of Liebham. Agreed... she and Glenn worked together for years. What’s up with that. Do you know why?
Disappointed in her for that reason.
Nobody I know seems to be able to answer that question. Alberta gave a fancy ;fund raiser at her home (AT HER HOME in River Hills) for Joe, and then she wrote a heaartfelt endorsement. I think I even got a personal email from her. Everybody I know is just stunned. Glenn went to the mat for her when they tried to recall her. I don’t get it.

When it became apparent that Glenn was NOT going to be recalled, he turned all his effort and resources to support Alberta. Those of us in Ozaukee County certainly didn't see (or hear of) Joe Leibham throughout that whole ordeal.As a fellow resident of the 6th District, I am pleased to offer my endorsement to Joe Leibham in his effort to become our next congressman in Washington. I will be casting my vote for Joe Leibham today and encourage you to do so as well.
I have worked with Joe in the State Senate for the past number of years and know firsthand that Joe Leibham is a solid conservative who is a leader in getting things done. Joe and I were on the front line in the Joint Finance Committee standing with Governor Walker and fighting for the taxpayers of our state. Joe never flinched, even when he, his wife and three young children were threatened.
Joe is a tireless worker and has lead efforts to support job creation, entitlement reform and the photo ID for voting law.
Our federal government needs to be reformed, and Joe Leibham has developed the experience here in Wisconsin that will serve him well in Washington as he seeks to restore the greatness of our nation.
We need more people like Joe Leibham in Congress. Joe is honest, respectful, intelligent and hard working. Joe has the character to make us proud and the confidence to stand up for what is in the best interest of our nation's future.
I know the other candidates and after serious consideration as to who I believe would best represent me and our area in the United States Congress, my decision was easy — Joe Leibham is the right choice for congress.
