Big deal....the state does not even have a bit of the bay around its border.

Problem is that Pennsylvania's Department of Environmental Protection wants farmers and anyone else with creeks and streams running across their properties to pony up some big money to throw into the Chesapeake toilet.

Unfortunately I live in Maryland now and you would not believe the money that is pored into the Chesapeake Bay. Of course, at the end of the month, I am moving my family to Florida!!!! I am leaving the Naval Academy for a Community College down there. So excited!!!!!
