Good Morning, Viet Nam! Robin Williams at nearly his manic best.
he had some good roles as long as someone writes a script for him

Not uplifting at all. :(
He was in my favorite movie, The Fisher King, and my least favorite adaptation of my favorite novel, The World According to Garp”
God bless him and his family.
He wasn’t really an actor. He was a mimic.
condolences to his family.

Whenever Richard Cory went down town,
We people on the pavement looked at him:
He was a gentleman from sole to crown,
Clean favored, and imperially slim.
And he was always quietly arrayed,
And he was always human when he talked;
But still he fluttered pulses when he said,
‘Good-morning,’ and he glittered when he walked.
And he was rich - yes, richer than a king -
And admirably schooled in every grace:
In fine, we thought that he was everything
To make us wish that we were in his place.
So on we worked, and waited for the light,
And went without the meat, and cursed the bread;
And Richard Cory, one calm summer night,
Went home and put a bullet through his head.
His film Night at the Museum will be out Dec 19 2014. I grew up watching him and one of the few comedians I was not allowed to watch when I was younger. In speech class we were told to watch him when the subject of improv came up. The bottom of a bottle always harms more than it will ever help. May he have now found solace in all that he sought. However, its been said, those who commit suicide never find solace in the hereafter and their pain is eternal.
Yeah?
I put you in a head lock and yell “Noogie, Noogie” as I rub yer hat holder with my knuckles... LOL
Gawd...gotta find some humor.
Frickin sad....
RIP — he kicked his coke habit but it probably did permanent damage.
Prayers for the family.
Profound feeling of failure probable cause.
A manic depressive has finally found peace. We studied him when I was going through crisis intervention training. One of a kind for sure. A great talent who battled his demons for so many years and they finally won out. Sad.
Sad news. Liked his better made movies/tv shows. Some of his stand ups were funny.
That and a massive cocaine habit, many years ago. One of his comedy routines was: “Cocaine is God’s way of telling you that you have too much money.”
That movie scard the Shiite out of me....
You kidding? Mork and Mindy was an improv showcase for Williams. I remember reading while the show was still on the air that sometimes the script just read: Mork enters, and he was on his own. Pam Dawber was giving a cue line to break in with when the craziness got out of hand, so they could get back to the script.
Put the bottle to his head and pulled the trigger. ..
Terribly sad.
Reality is just a crutch for people who can’t cope with drugs.
