That's right. It's the new covenant in his blood where he tells us he will remember our sins (past, present ans future) and iniquities no more (Heb 8:12; 10:17).
I saw the response to you quoting Hebrews 6:4-6, but that is Paul taking to the Hebrews, the Jews, to whom he is writing this letter. The Jews were the ones who were first enlightened and tasted of heavenly gifts, the Holy Ghost, the word of God, and His power. And many Jews did fall away and have remained away from Jesus for the last 2000 years, as this prophetic part of Hebrews tells us.
That does not apply to believers in the risen Lord Jesus Christ whose perfect sacrifice and blood makes us partakers in the new covenant which declares forgiveness forever to those who have received Jesus Christ.
