Mockery is certainly one of Alinsky's techniques. But O'Keefe isn't trying to overwhelm the system which is usually Alinsky's goal. This system doesn't work now. But that has more to do with a lack of political will than with our inability to control the border.
So I would say no, if only because the motive is different.

Come on...this was crap. I support Conservatives with the best of them but this stuff is garbage. Embarrassing. It makes Conservatives look stupid. Your reasoning is the same as black people voting for Obama just because he is half black. So considering this me supporting Conservatism by calling this out as two bit, amateurish trash. It was supposed to change everything...O’Keefe must be gunning for Glen Beck’s hyping ability...
What’s stupid is the LSM “ignoring” the “story” of our wide open borders, covering for the WH, Congress and open borders scum.
A status that puts us all at great risk...if O’Keefe’s “stunt” exposes not only the LSM, but the duplicitous criminals in D.C. at the same time, I consider it a “win”.
The beauty is in its simplicity and overt comical nature.
