Well, actually Higginsville is NORTH of 71 Highway and 13 Highway and is no where near KCMO.
Perhaps you are thinking of HARRISONVILLE, which is way SOUTH of RAYTOWN.
Raytown is near 435 and 350 (also called 50) Highway
Raytown is surrounded by Independence, Blue Springs, Lee’s Summit, Grandview and KCMO.
