Naw, that would be true if it were conservative types vs. libs, but this is the opposite. The people suing are left-wingers who are pissed off that the city of San Diego has banned MM dispensaries, so the left-wingers are using one of the same old tools from their standard toolbox to get around it. However, if they are successful, conservatives could use the precedent to do all sorts of mischief elsewhere...

No! Only smoking tobacco pollutes the air and damages you physically!! Pot smoke is good for the air and counteracts the harmful effects that other pollutants have on your lungs!
