Not sure what you are asking. We trained terrorists in Jordan over the last 3 years, armed and funded them. Those terrorists are now the core leadership for ISIS. CIA trained. And, it was Washington that pressured Iraq to release Abu Bakr, the current leader of ISIS, in 2009. So do the math
