I think you are right. The Magic Thinking is some idealistic we-all-get-along and everyone-is-happy baloney that is just like a dream world. And they, each as individuals, can selectively include or exclude themselves from specific scenarios (and have some bent logic in mind to defend their choices), so they pick and choose the ones that apply to them.

Fortunately we rarely hear phrases like “the Religion of Peace” still coming from clueless Republicans.

Although some are still insisting that jihad Islam is a perversion of ‘true’ Islam. It’s not, it’s just the real thing instead of watered down Islam.

I wonder that Grover Norquist, Islam’s agent of influence in the GOP is up to these days?
