~Titanium does come to mind. I did a quick search and found that the leading countries for titanium production include Japan, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and China.~

BTW, titanium is extremely difficult to work on and Russia has the most expertise about it.
Most of Boeing’s (both civilian and military) titatium components are coming from VSMPO, Co of Russia as a ready parts, fully manufactured there and imported back to USA.
This exact company builds for Russian Navy and Air Force at the same facilities.

Re-usuable spacecraft comes to mind...A honeycomb undersurface and skin bleeds off heat very nicely...

Just a knee jerk thought...;-)
