Qatar, Kuwait, and United Arab Emirates don't want the trouble. Somalia already has it.

There is a reason that Qatar, Kuwait, and United Arab Emirates shun the Pallies and import most of their needed labor from the Indian subcontinent, Egypt, Thailand, Indonesia or just about anywhere else. They may be rich, but they ain't stupid.
