"Fortunately, the notoriety of this case will make it less likely Pennsylvanians will carry concealed and loaded handguns in New Jersey, thereby making them and the Garden State safer from gun violence," said Bryan Miller, executive director of Heeding God's Call, a faith-based movement to prevent gun violence.

If I would be on the jury for this case, I’d be exercising some serious jury nullification—for justice to prevail. This woman hurt no one and she had absolutely no intention of knowingly violating any law.

It's interesting to note that "gun control" seems to trump all other leftist policies.
The defendant was a black, single mother who might have been profiled and had been a crime victim herself. If she had been arrested for anything else every liberal from NY to LA would be screaming.

Interesting comment on thread about judge forcing Florida to honor another state’s gay marriage law: “does this mean they have to honor a Florida CC permit?”. I wonder if there us a parallel here.

Isn’t that the state where the cop ran a Florida license tag and found the driver had a CCL from Florida, then stopped the car and tore it apart trying to find a gun, which the driver left in Florida?
