UKRAINE: The EU described the conditions under which is ready to quickly lift the sanctions

Putin must understand that his policies will cost him, said MEP. Brock emphasizes under certain conditions, the EU is ready to quickly fully or partially cancel imposed sanctions against Russia.

In an interview with TSN said MEP, Chairman of the EP Committee on Foreign Affairs and ally of German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Elmar Brok. "He (Putin - Ed.) Must prove that his policy would cost him dearly. This is the purpose of sanctions. If he stops supporting separatists and Kiev will be able to establish a central authority across the Ukrainian territory, then we are ready to quickly cancel the sanctions partially or completely.

Brock also commented on the statement of the Chancellor that the Ukrainian government has to negotiate the future of the country with the separatists, who are affiliated with the Kremlin. "We criticize Russia and Putin, we take sanctions against them, but we continue to talk to him. When we talk about negotiations, we are referring to all Ukrainian society. We are not talking about the Russian generals, who are now leaders of the separatists in the east. They can not be negotiating, obviously. We should speak with Ukrainian, with Russian Ukrainian about what should be the Constitution of the country,"- said the MEP. "Ukraine has to go through the unification process and restore unity. Their time we were negotiating with the leaders of the GDR, who also were under the influence of Moscow", - he said.

Earlier, Prime Minister Yatsenyuk commented about the gossip of alleged secret talks between Angela Merkel and Vladimir Putin to resolve the Ukrainian crisis. Head of Government called this information untrustworthy.

Condition #1 - Russia tightly secure the Russian border of Ukraine without having any military or border security personnel within fifty nautical miles of said border.

Like the demand Russia secure that border followed within a day or to the panic about an invaions when Russia moved 12,000 people closer to their roughly 1400 mile long border with Ukraine. That's what, 8.5 guys per mile and if it's limited to roads that cross the border probably about 60, or twenty per shift, at each road crossing?
