England does not use the Euro.
He sure understood the self-destructive bent of modern western civilization. His descriptions of the behaviors of leftist politicians and media types could be describing what we see today. His references to the West’s self-hating mentality as “the beast” was interesting.
On the show I was watching there were plenty of Euros being flashed around Picadilly Circus, whether they use them or not.
My point was, it looks like the English may be trying hard to comply with some sort of ‘open borders’ agreement with the continent—as easy as it is to travel between our states—and the Brita might be growing weary of eastern European jackals harassing, not just tourists but now natives with pickpocketing and e-mail and telephone scams.
Forget euros and England, PAR 35. It will just drive you crazy.
You think that’s a nightmare, give us another 6 mos. They’re talking about thousands, here it’s hundreds of thousands to tens of millions.
Euros are not legal tender here. At all. Only places that will take them are post offices, exchanges, and banks.
The UK is in an odd place, as far as incomers go. In Europe, it’s pretty much like the States. You could move from your home state to Wyoming at the drop of a hat, and you’d get state benefits when you arrived, should you need them. If it helps, consider each European country as a state.
The UK is more like the Philippines. You can get there easy enough, but you need a passport and don’t hook in to their system.
This lot are trying to get in, claim refugee status, and milk the system.
