This is the same periodical that published propaganda about how many civilian casualties were supposedly killed in Iraq. Oh, millions, they said. Apparently they surveyed people and asked “how many family members did you lose?” and the number might be 3. But then they’d go next door and ask the same question and not worry about the fact that they were related to the same family, so when they said 3 as well, well that adds up to 6, see? And so forth. Actual doctors in the hospitals gave the number at a fraction of that. Lancet is merely a mouthpiece for the far left.
