Is it possible to have worse instincts and judgment than John Kerry? Decade in and decade out, he is a virtuoso of getting it wrong. He almost has a Forrest Gump kind of quality, where if you were to watch the highlight reel of bad judgements made in each era, John Kerry more often than not would be in the scene.
