It will take 1-2 days for the results to come back. Evidently, there have been six (or so) cases recently where an individual has returned here from an Ebola-stricken West African country with symptoms consistent with Ebola, but none of them had Ebola.

Considering that False Negatives seems common, do we know about these ‘none who had Ebola’ : were they tested a second time for Ebola, and was what they did actually have confirmed ?
What ever happened to the rapid response tests they’re using in W. Africa?
